Each person sees what their role allows
The treasurer sees the accounts and the church office sees the records. Access is set by role and by action, and the team’s activity is logged. Besides the built-in roles, you create roles tailored to your church.

Which reports are there?
The dashboard comes with ready-made reports: absentees, people without follow-up, birthdays, ages, newcomers, attendance and access. There are also reports by campus and financial reports with income, balance sheet and budget.

Modules and church branding
Each church switches on only the modules it uses, and the dashboard shows only those. In Settings you also choose the church’s logo and colour, and Brado tests the text contrast against the colour. Everyone on the team has their own account, with their own details and security.
Which plan includes what?
The dashboard is on every plan. Rotas, children’s ministry, bulk email, numbered receipts, your own domain and assisted import start on the Grow plan. Campuses and reports by campus start on the Build plan. The full table is on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
How many leaders can use the dashboard?
As many as you need. The price depends on the size of the church, not on the number of users. Each person gets permissions that match their role. For example, Grow costs €29 a month whether 3 or 30 people from the team sign in.
Does the whole team see the whole church’s data?
No. What each person sees depends on their role: the treasury sees the accounts and the church office the records. Pastoral notes and children’s data are restricted to those with permission.
Can I import the list I already have?
Yes. You import people, groups, donations and attendance from Excel or CSV and can undo the import within 24 hours. On the Grow plan or above there is assisted import from some systems. Each import accepts up to 20,000 rows.
Which reports exist?
Absentees, people without follow-up, birthdays, ages, newcomers, attendance and access, plus reports by campus and financial reports. Management reports help you decide with data and not only from memory.
How is the data protected?
It stays in the European Union, with access by role, two-step verification for administrators and an activity log. Pastoral, children’s and prayer data have restricted access. Details are on the security page.
