Church reports: absentees, attendance and finances

Reports come from the data your team already records day to day. Leaders prepare the meeting with the church’s own numbers, instead of asking each person for a spreadsheet.

People and attendance

Know who came, who was missing and who has arrived

The people reports answer the questions at the leadership meeting: who has stopped coming, who has nobody following them up, who has arrived recently and how the church breaks down by age and area. From the reports you can open the care case directly.

  • Absentees and people with no follow-up.
  • Attendance, newcomers, ages, birthdays and geographic spread.

Small groups, campuses and the Word

The health of your small groups, campuses and Bible reading

The small group report shows meetings submitted, overdue ones and warning signs. For churches with several campuses, the Build plan brings the report by campus. The church reading measure shows what percentage of members are up to date, without names.

  • Church reading measure, in percentages.
  • Church networks: Network plan, on request.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What people reports are there?

Absentees, people with no follow-up, birthdays, ages, newcomers, attendance, geographic spread and logins. Each report respects the permissions of the role of whoever opens it. You open each one in the dashboard and, from the absentees report, you can open the person’s care case straight away.

Are the financial reports suitable for the members’ meeting?

Yes. There are income and expenditure reports, a balance sheet and a budget you can edit by category and fund, all ready to print. You can also export the transactions for the accountant.

Can I see reports by campus?

Yes, on the Build plan, which includes up to 3 campuses and the campus report. For several churches there is the Network plan, on request and with dedicated support. The campus report shows the people, attendance and small groups with a submitted report at each location.

Does the reading measure show names?

It shows the percentage of members who are up to date with the church’s plan, without names, for example “64% of the church up to date this week”. Leaders see the church’s rhythm without exposing who has fallen behind.

Can I create my own reports?

The available reports are the ones in the catalogue, described on this page. Every list lets you open a case, send an announcement or create a task, and you can paste the numbers from a report into the AI assistant to ask for a summary, which you review before using. If you need a view you can’t find, tell us in the demo: it helps us decide what to build next.

Who can open the reports?

Anyone with permission, depending on their role. Brado has roles with permissions by resource and action, and the church can create custom roles, so the treasury sees the accounts and the church office sees the person records. Team activity is logged.
