The announcement goes out from the event
The announcement, the 24-hour reminder and the news item all go out from the event.
From the Sunday service to the youth retreat, the calendar, registration and entry are in one place. Guests get their ticket and show the code at the door.
Three moments of the same event: signing up, the ticket and check-in at the door.
People who sign up can be members or guests. When places run out, the waiting list holds the next in line. The list of registrations exports to CSV.
For paid events, you create ticket batches, coupons and complimentary tickets. Paid registrations can be refunded, and Brado takes no commission.
At the entrance, the team scans the ticket’s QR code and attendance is recorded. If the network drops, check-ins are queued and sent when the connection returns.
The calendar brings together services, meetings and events, and members see it in the app. For the service, you use templates and prepare the order of service, so the team knows what comes next. Venues, rooms and resources are booked in the same place.
Four roles work here. Each page shows the week of the person who uses it.
The announcement, the 24-hour reminder and the news item all go out from the event.
Registrations, the waiting list and the CSV list are all on the dashboard.
Paid tickets go to the church’s own account, with no commission from Brado.
The order of service and service templates bring Sunday’s programme together.
Supporting features, all linked to the event.
Create the news item and the announcement from the event, including the reminder 24 hours before and the notice of a change.
Every event has its own public page, for people who are not yet part of the church.
Prepare the sequence of the service with the length of each part, for the team to follow.
Book the room and equipment for the event and avoid clashes in the diary. People without an account can request a room through a public form, and requests stay pending until someone approves them.
Link the event to the volunteer rota, so the team is complete.
Paid extras such as a T-shirt or a meal, deposit and balance payments, group discounts, multi-day events, assigned rooms and coaches, and feedback after the event.
Upcoming events appear in a calendar for your website and can be subscribed to in your phone’s calendar.
Download the list of registrations to print or share with the organisers, or import registrations from a CSV file.
Yes, with batches, coupons and complimentary tickets, and also with paid extras, deposits and balances, group discounts and multi-day events. Brado takes no commission on tickets: the church pays only the payment processor’s fees, and the money goes to the church’s account. Free events have registration, a waiting list and check-in.
When places run out, interested people join a waiting list. The waiting list sits on the dashboard next to the list of registrations, and you can export both to CSV. For example, on a retreat with 120 places, registration number 121 joins the waiting list.
No. All you need is the phone of the person at the door, with the camera scanning the QR code on the ticket or the member card. If the network drops, check-ins are queued and sent when the connection returns.
Yes, for paid registrations. Refunds apply only to events with payment. Free events have nothing to refund, only a registration to cancel. You refund from the registration itself, inside the event, on the dashboard.
Yes. The app’s agenda shows the church’s events, and anyone who registers gets a ticket with a QR code. An event can also have a public page, open to people who are not yet members.
Yes. You subscribe to the church calendar or export events and rotas as a file, and add them to the calendar you already use, on your phone or computer. The app’s agenda always shows the current version of the event, with the ticket and QR code for anyone who has registered.
