How does it install without the app stores?

Members open the church’s link or QR code and add the app to their phone’s home screen. With no developer account and no waiting for approvals, the church goes live when it’s ready.

The app has five tabs: Today, Word, Agenda, Community and Me. Everyone opens what matters to them without asking the church office for help.

For the member

The Word, prayer and each person’s own record in one place.

For the volunteer

Volunteers give their availability, confirm their slot or propose a swap. Leadership approves and the rota updates in the dashboard. You know on Saturday who is confirmed, not just on Sunday.

And people who don’t use a phone?

Not everyone wants an app, and the church doesn’t need to impose one. People who don’t use it stay on the lists, get notices by email and are looked after by the team. The church office records whatever is needed in the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Do members have to download the app from a store?

No. They open the church’s link or QR code and add the app to their home screen. If they prefer, they use it straight in the browser. There are no developer accounts or approvals to wait for.

Can I see the app before signing up?

Yes. In the demo you see the app at work, with the name, logo and colour of an example church, and you get a sense of how yours will look. You can ask to see the screens your church cares about most, such as the rota or the reading plan.

Which plan includes the app with the church’s branding?

The app with the church’s name, logo and colour is included from the Grow plan. You don’t pay separately or deal with developer accounts. Grow costs €29 a month.

Will older members be able to use it?

Anyone who doesn’t want the app stays on the lists, gets emails and is looked after by the team. For those who do, the link or QR code at the service is enough, and the church office helps with installing.

Can I choose the name and colour?

Yes. We set up the church’s name, logo and colour with you before you invite members. Setup is included in the plan and your church is ready within 2 weeks.

Does it work on any phone?

It works on the most common phones: you add it to the home screen from the browser and it opens with the church’s icon, like any other app. If your phone is very old, we confirm in the demo whether the app works on it.
