Church courses and Bible school: classes, marks and certificates

Each course has its own classes, with dates, teachers and capacity. You mark attendance, enter marks and issue the certificate to everyone who met the rules.

From the first class to the certificate

Three steps a teacher does on their phone

Every student finishes with a clear result, and the church with the record.

You mark present, excused or absent for each session in the syllabus. You can choose to count an excused absence as present.

The mark sheet shows each student’s attendance and mark, from 0 to 20 with one decimal place. If the class has a pass mark, the result follows from the rules. Marks are visible only to the student, the class teacher and the leadership.

The certificate carries a code and a verification QR code. Anyone who scans it sees whether it is genuine or has been revoked. You can print it and, if needed, revoke it with a reason.

Who does what

Everyone sees only what concerns them

The rules are yours, class by class

The course sets the rules and each class can have its own.

Capacity

Closing a class

When you mark the class as finished, students who did not meet the rules are marked as failed.

Three kinds of certificate

Course completion, baptism or membership, all with a code and QR code.

Public verification

Anyone can confirm a certificate with the QR code, without logging in to the app.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does Brado teach video lessons or charge for courses?

No. Brado organises classes, attendance, marks and certificates for in-person church courses. It is not a video lesson platform and it does not charge for courses.

Do teachers need their own account?

They are people from the church and see only the classes they teach, in the portal. A teacher or an assistant marks attendance, gives marks and decides the result for their students.

Who can see the marks?

The student, the class teacher and the leadership. Marks are not shown to anyone else.

How do you check that a certificate is genuine?

Every certificate has a code and a QR code. The verification page shows whether the certificate is genuine or has been revoked, and no login is needed.

Can I revoke a certificate?

Yes. The certificate is not deleted, but verification then shows “Revoked”. You give a reason, and you can issue another one later.

Which plan includes courses?

Courses are available on every plan.
