Price and entry

From price to doorstep, in the same event

You set the rules. Brado applies them to every registration.

Extras, deposit and discounts

T-shirts, meals or transport, with stock and options. You set the deposit, the balance deadline and the group discount.

  • The price of each extra is fixed at the moment the registration is made.
  • Cancelling a registration returns the units to stock.
  • Group discounts and codes: only the best one applies, or they add up.

QR check-in

The scanner reads the QR code on the registration or the member card. With no connection, scans are stored and sent when the network returns.

  • Attendance per day for multi-day events.
  • Search by code or by name if the camera doesn’t work.
What you can configure

For retreats, conferences and multi-day events

Deposit and balance

People signing up can pay just the deposit. Balance reminders go out a week before the deadline and again once it has passed.

Group discount

Starting from a number of people that you set, with a percentage discount.

Discount codes

For partnerships, the team or campaigns. The buyer types the code before paying.

Multi-day

Create each day and link it to a single-day ticket, or sell the pass.

Upgrade a ticket

Anyone who wants a better ticket pays only the difference, which is recorded as a balance.

Waiting list

When the event fills up, registrations go onto a waiting list. If one is cancelled, the place moves up and the person is notified.

Rooms, coaches and teams

Drag people into each group, with a capacity and a note that appears on the ticket.

Import registrations

Upload a CSV with name, email or mobile and, if you like, whether they have already paid.

After registration

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I take registration payments online?

Yes, once the church connects payments in its settings. Without that, the event works for free registration and for keeping track of places. How soon money arrives depends on the payment service the church connects.

How does paying a deposit work?

You set the deposit percentage and the balance deadline. People signing up choose to pay in full or just the deposit. The balance is paid later, on the ticket, inside the portal.

What happens when the event is full?

New registrations go onto a waiting list. If someone cancels, the place goes to the first person on the list, who is notified. You can also promote someone by hand.

What if someone cancels a paid registration?

You cancel the registration on the dashboard. If it was paid online, the refund is made by the payment service, and the place and the extras’ units are freed up.

Can I use the same event for several days?

Yes. You create the multi-day event, with each day as a session, and link single-day tickets or a pass. Check-in and attendance are recorded per day.

Can the payment fee be paid by the person signing up?

It’s optional. You can add the payment service’s fee to the total, shown on a separate line, so the church receives the full amount.
