Church treasury software: receipts without the marathon
Tithes and offerings come in by fund, receipts go out numbered, and year-end stops being a race. Reports ready for the members’ meeting. For churches in Portugal, the data is also prepared for Modelo 25.
Every offering in the right fund, every donor with a receipt
You create funds, including restricted funds and causes with a target, and every offering is assigned. Receipts go out numbered and the end of the year stops being a marathon.

You count cash and transfers as a draft. Brado compares the declared count with the sum of the entries and asks for an explanation of any difference. Donations and cash book entries are created only when you validate the batch.

Frequently asked questions
Does Brado file Modelo 25 for us?
No. Brado prepares the Modelo 25 data from the donations recorded. Filing and checking the content stay with the church and its accountant. The Modelo 25 guide, in Portuguese and for churches in Portugal, explains who files and when, with official sources.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, SEPA direct debit and MB WAY (one-off gifts only, and in Portugal). The money goes straight to the church’s account and the church pays only the payment processor’s fees. A donation can be one-off or recurring.
Does Brado charge commission on offerings?
No. Brado charges no commission on donations, on any plan. The church pays only the payment processor’s fees. On a €100 offering Brado takes nothing: the amount, less the processor’s fees, reaches the church’s account, and the donor can choose to cover those fees.
Which plans include numbered receipts?
Numbered receipts and the annual statement per donor are part of the Grow plan (€29 a month) and the plans above it, Build and Network. In the demo we confirm with you what your church needs to issue.
Who can see the church’s finances?
Anyone with treasury permission. Each role has its own access: the church office sees the records, for example, but not the accounts. Administrators sign in with two-step verification, and the activity log shows who did what.
