€ 29 /month

The member chooses the fund and the amount, once or on a recurring basis, and can give anonymously. MB WAY is for one-off gifts only and only in Portugal. The church pays only the payment processor’s fees, and the money goes to the church’s own payments account.

Funds and campaigns

Every euro goes where the giver chose

You create funds for the tithe, offerings or a building project, including restricted funds. For a specific goal, you open a campaign with a target, a deadline and its own page.

  • The giver can choose the fund when giving.
  • In a one-off gift, the giver can split the amount across several funds.
  • Anyone who wants to can cover the transaction costs, so the church receives the full amount.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card, SEPA direct debit and MB WAY. MB WAY works only for one-off gifts and only in Portugal. Card and SEPA serve one-off or recurring gifts, and the giver can also give anonymously.

Does Brado take a commission on tithes?

No. Brado takes no commission on donations. The church pays only the payment processor’s fees, and the giver can choose to cover them when giving. On a €50 offering, Brado keeps nothing.

Who receives the money?

The church. The money goes straight to the church’s own payments account, without passing through a Brado account. Each gift is recorded against the fund the giver chose and appears in the reports, so the treasurer knows where every amount came from.

What about cash offerings?

They are recorded by fund, like the others, and appear in the same reports. The guide on cash and receipts explains how to document these offerings and how to issue a receipt to anyone who asks for one.

Does Brado issue receipts and prepare the Modelo 25?

Brado issues numbered receipts and an annual statement per member, from the Grow plan. Brado prepares the data for the Modelo 25. We recommend having the church’s accountant check the result before it is submitted.

Can I import last year’s donations?

Yes. You import historical donations from CSV and can undo the import within 24 hours. That way reports and annual statements start from a complete history. For anything you can’t import, we show how to handle it in the demo.
