Managing a multi-campus church as one church
When the congregation meets in more than one place, leadership needs to see each campus and the whole. The Build plan includes up to 3 campuses and the campus report.
What gets complicated with more than one location
Each campus takes on a life of its own. Central leadership still needs to understand what is happening in all of them.
-
Numbers that don’t compare
The campus report shows the locations side by side.
-
Teams spread out
Rotas and the calendar show who is available.
-
Care at a distance
The absentee report reaches central leadership.
-
Separate and joint accounts
Funds and finance reports bring the accounts together in one place.
Every campus in view, side by side
You set up the campuses in settings, with address, lead and service times. Each person and each event is tied to a campus, or to the whole church.
- 1 / 3 Campuses and report Up to 3 campuses on the Build plan, with a campus selector and a report per campus. The sum matches the church total.
- 2 / 3 Events and rooms Services, rooms and resources in one calendar. Each event belongs to a campus or to the whole church, and service templates save work.
- 3 / 3 Website and teams One website, where you introduce each location. Role-based permissions, with roles the church creates to fit, for example for coordinators. Restricted pastoral notes and two-step verification.

Frequently asked questions
What is a campus?
A campus is a location where the church meets. In Brado you set up campuses in settings and open the report for each one. The Build plan includes up to 3.
What if we have more than 3 campuses?
With more than 3 campuses or several churches, the route is the Network plan, on request. We talk with you to understand the structure and define dedicated support. Book the demo and tell us how you are organised.
Do the campuses share the same people?
Each person is tied to one campus or has none. People without a campus still count towards the church total. For a family with members at different campuses, each person has their own campus on their record.
Does a campus leader see only their campus?
No. The campus organises and filters what you see but does not hide data: access is set by each person’s role, and anyone with permission sees all campuses. The campus selector is for comparing and focusing attention.
Can each campus have its own website?
The church has one website, edited in the same dashboard. On its pages you can introduce each location, with address and service times, and each event has its own public page. Your own domain is available from the Grow plan.
Does the price go up for each campus?
The Build plan costs €69 a month and includes up to 3 campuses and up to 1,000 people, so the price does not rise per campus within that limit. You pay by the size of the church, not per user, and there is no lock-in.
