Church software by type of church and by role
Choose your starting point: the type of church you are, or the task you look after. Each page shows the week of someone using Brado and the plan that fits them.
Every church starts somewhere different
4 types of church, from a plant to a network
By type of church
The church’s situation decides the plan and the order in which to begin.
-
Local churches
One congregation, a small team and a lot living in spreadsheets and message groups. Includes campaigns and causes for missions.
-
Church planting
A launch group, a pastor who does everything and a website to get live quickly. Founder price, €24 a month.
-
Multi-campus
Up to 3 campuses on the Build plan, with each campus’s numbers in view.
-
Networks and denominations
Several churches with dedicated support. Network plan, on request.
By the role of whoever uses it
Everyone opens Brado and sees what their role allows. These pages describe each one’s week.
Which plan fits your church?
You pay by the size of the church, not per user. No lock-in. All prices are in euros.
| Situation | Plan | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 250 people | Grow | €29 a month (€290 a year) |
| Up to 1,000 people or up to 3 campuses | Build | €69 a month (€690 a year) |
| Over 1,000 people or several churches | Network | On request |
The first 50 paying churches get the Founder price of €24 a month (monthly only), with everything in the Grow plan. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free on the other plans.
Frequently asked questions
I don’t know which case fits me. Where do I start?
Start with the page for your type of church, which decides the plan. Then read the page for your role to see your week in Brado. If you are still unsure, book the 30-minute demo: you tell us how you work today and we choose the plan with you.
Does everyone on the team have to pay for their access?
No. The price depends on the size of the church, not the number of leaders using the dashboard. Each person gets permissions according to their role. For example, Grow costs €29 a month whether the dashboard has 3 users or 30.
Does Brado suit churches outside the evangelical and Protestant world?
Brado is designed for evangelical and Protestant churches. The features are common to many communities, but the language and examples follow that setting. If your community is different, tell us in the demo and we will see together whether it makes sense.
Can I start small and change plan later?
Yes. A growing church moves from Grow to Build when it needs more people or more campuses. We confirm the right moment with you, with no lock-in periods holding you back.
Can we bring the lists we already have?
You can import people from Excel or CSV files, and on the Grow plan assisted import also accepts exports from Planning Center, ChurchTools, ChMeetings, ChurchCRM and Breeze. We set it up with you, so you do not start from scratch.
