The dashboard is for leadership and the church office. The app, which installs on a phone with the church’s name and colour, is for members. The website shows events, groups and prayer requests to people who are not yet part of the church. All three use the same data.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need every feature from day one?
No. Most churches start with people, rotas or giving and connect the rest over time. In the demo you see the area that weighs most and, if you go ahead, we set up the essentials with you for the first days.
Can I use Brado for just one part, such as rotas?
Start wherever you like. The price depends on the size of the church, not the number of modules, so you don’t pay separately for each area. The areas work best connected, because they share the same person record.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The app installs on your phone from the browser, with the church’s name and colour, without going through the app stores. Leadership uses the dashboard on a computer or a phone.
Can I bring in the people I already have in spreadsheets?
Yes. You import people, groups, donations and attendance from Excel or CSV files, and you can undo an import for 24 hours. On the Grow plan, assisted import also handles data coming from Planning Center, ChurchTools, ChMeetings, ChurchCRM and Breeze. Each import accepts up to 20,000 rows.
Who sees each person’s data?
It depends on the role. Brado has roles with permissions by resource and action, and the church can create custom roles. Pastoral notes and children’s data have restricted access, and the data stays in the European Union.
How much does it cost?
Grow costs €29 a month for up to 250 people and Build €69 a month for up to 1,000 people and 3 campuses. Network is on request. The price is public and does not depend on the number of modules.
