People, care, rotas and campaigns in one place
You import your sheets (Excel or CSV, and you can undo within 24 hours) and the church office stops copying data between files. Families, segments, custom fields and role-based access. People who do not use the app stay on the lists and still get email.
Reports on absentees and people without follow-up, care cases with an owner and next contact, a small group report in five steps and an “I’m new” form that alerts the team.
Availability, swaps approved by leadership, reminders and a fair-rotation suggestion. The app carries the church’s name and colour and installs without going through the app stores.

Frequently asked questions
Our church has 60 people. Is it worth it?
The Grow plan costs €29 a month and has a limit of 250 people. It is worth it if you already spend time putting together lists, rotas and receipts. If your lists fit on one sheet and only one person touches them, the sheet still does the job. In the demo we will tell you frankly.
The older members will not use the app. Now what?
They don’t need to. People who don’t use the app stay on the lists and still get email, and the dashboard serves the church office. The app is an option for those who want it, installed on the phone without app stores.
Can we receive offerings for missions?
Yes, through causes and campaigns with a target, deadline and their own page. The church pays the payment processor’s fees; Brado takes no commission. Each cause has its own fund, so missions money is never mixed with the rest.
Who sees pastoral notes?
Only people with permission. Care cases have private notes and can be restricted to the owner and whoever they invite. Data stays in the European Union and Brado is designed with the GDPR in mind.
Is it a lot of work to move everything into Brado?
We import your Excel or CSV sheets and set Brado up with you, at no extra cost. Each import accepts up to 20,000 rows and you can undo it within 24 hours. The church is ready in up to 2 weeks and monthly plans have no lock-in.
