The seven comparisons in one table
Facts read on public websites on 11 October 2026 (Planning Center, ChMeetings, InPeace and inChurch) and 15 October 2026 (Igreja Digital, Kyrios and Excel). Prices are in each provider’s currency, without conversion. Providers change prices and features, so check their website. At this stage we do not give exact figures for providers that change them often.

The alternative most churches already use
A spreadsheet is cheap and flexible, and works well for a small list. Once more than one person edits it, the differences start to weigh: who sees what, what changed, and how families, groups and donations connect.
- One row per person in a sheet.
- Spreadsheet providers themselves say in their help pages that protecting a sheet is not a security measure.
- No member app, online payments or rotas with confirmation.
- One record linked to the family, groups and journey.
- Role-based access and a team activity log.
- Includes a member app, online payments and rotas with confirmation.
- Imports CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files, up to 20,000 rows per import, and shows duplicates and errors row by row before saving.
What to ask any provider
How much a month when the church grows?
Ask for the full table, not just the first tier.
Is there a lock-in or sign-up fee?
Also ask what happens if you cancel midway.
How much do they keep from donations, on top of the payment processor’s fees?
With Brado the commission is 0%.
Where is the data stored and who handles it?
With Brado, in the European Union.
Can I export everything if I want to leave?
Ask them to show you the export.
Switching doesn’t have to mean starting over
Brado imports Excel and CSV files. From the Grow plan, it also does assisted import from Planning Center, ChurchTools, ChMeetings, ChurchCRM and Breeze. You also import groups, donations and attendance, up to 20,000 rows at a time, and you can undo within 24 hours. See how in the switching guide.

Questions about the comparisons
Are these comparisons up to date?
Each comparison states the date we read the provider’s website, and the table above shows it on every row. Prices and features change. Before you decide, check their website. We review the comparisons regularly.
Can I switch from another tool to Brado?
Yes, if you can export your list to CSV or Excel. From the Grow plan, Brado does assisted import from Planning Center, ChurchTools, ChMeetings, ChurchCRM and Breeze, and shows errors row by row before saving. You can undo the import within 24 hours.
When is it better to stay with another tool?
When your church is in Brazil or the United States and the tool was built for there, or when the team already uses it and is happy. Each page says when the alternative suits better.
Does Brado have a free plan, like ChMeetings?
No. ChMeetings has a free plan up to 50 people (read 11 October 2026). Brado has no free plan: instead, we run a 30-minute demo and set Brado up with you. Plans start at €29 a month.
