Church software for pastors: know who needs you
People who have drifted away, prayer requests and visits on one screen, with pastoral notes visible only to those who should see them. So care arrives in time and your diary fits the week.
People first, numbers second
Open Home and you see what needs your attention: who has stopped coming, who asked for prayer and which visits are booked. The notes are visible only to those who should see them.

You call and log it
You call David, log the call on the care case and book a conversation for Thursday at 19:00.
Care, absentees, prayer and the Word
A case holds the type, the owner, the next contact and the notes. You log home visits and phone calls, and restrict the case to yourself and whoever you invite.
Brado cross-checks attendance and shows who has stopped coming and who has no one following them up. You decide who to call first.
The discipleship journey shows each person at a stage. Prayer requests come in through the app, can be anonymous, and the pastoral team sees them on a wall of their own. Anyone who wants to can log how they are feeling, just for themselves, and choose whether to share it with the care team. Testimonies of answered prayer are published only after review.
You publish sermons in audio or video, in series, along with reading plans. You see the percentage of people up to date, without exposing names.
You hand off the lists, rotas and accounts. The care of people stays with you.

Frequently asked questions
Who can see the notes on care cases?
Only people with permission. Notes are private, and a restricted case is seen only by its owner and whoever they invite. Each role has its own access, and administrators sign in with two-step verification.
Does Brado tell me who is drifting away?
It shows the data the church records: who has stopped appearing in attendance and who has no one following them up. The judgement is yours. The report is a prompt to call in time, not a conclusion drawn from a single absence.
Can I book pastoral conversations through the app?
Yes. The team publishes available times, and people ask for a conversation or a visit. The request reaches the dashboard and you reply. Brado helps arrange the meeting; the counselling stays yours.
Are prayer requests public?
That depends on how the person sends them. The app’s prayer wall offers “I prayed” and an anonymous option, and the pastoral team has its own view of the requests.
Do I have to use Brado every day?
No. You can delegate the dashboard to the church office and to leaders, each with their own permissions, and open only Home and the cases you follow. The rest of the team looks after the lists, rotas and accounts.
