No. Instead, we do a 30-minute demo and set Brado up with you. Plans start at €29 a month (Grow). If your church has up to 250 people, Grow covers it. We’d rather guide each church through setup than leave an empty account waiting. So the route is the 30-minute demo, then setup with you, then the paid subscription. Setup (name, colour, logo and importing your lists) is included in the plan, and the church is ready within 2 weeks. The demo is there so you can decide before you pay.

Not on monthly plans. You can cancel the renewal whenever you like and access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no exit fee. On the yearly plan, the paid period is the whole year.

You lose nothing you’ve already recorded. We warn you at 90% of the limit (225 people on Grow) and suggest the next plan. At the limit you can’t add more people until you change plan; what’s already recorded stays visible and editable.

You pay 10 months instead of 12: €290 on Grow and €690 on Build. That’s 2 months free. The subscription renews at the end of the year unless you cancel the renewal beforehand.

The first 50 paying churches get Grow at €24 a month, for as long as the subscription is active. Only available on monthly payment.

No. Brado’s commission is 0%, on every plan. The church pays the payment processor’s fees, with no margin from us, and the money reaches the church’s account. On a €50 offering, Brado takes nothing; the fees are the processor’s. Donations accept card, SEPA direct debit and MB WAY; MB WAY, a payment method used in Portugal, is for one-off contributions only. For churches in Portugal: numbered receipts and Modelo 25 (the annual donations return filed with the Portuguese tax authority) are included from Grow. Brado prepares the data, and the final filing is confirmed with your accountant.

Yes. If the church grows past 250 people or needs more campuses, you move up to Build (€69 a month, up to 1,000 people and 3 campuses). With more than 1,000 people or more than 3 campuses, the route is Network, on request: talk to us.

A local church of up to 250 people fits Grow, at €29 a month. Church planters can use the Founder price, €24 a month, designed for those just starting out. With several campuses, Build gives you up to 3 campuses and 1,000 people. For networks and denominations there is the Network plan, designed with you and on request.

A spreadsheet works for a small list and costs little or nothing; Brado starts at €29 a month. The differences show once more than one person is editing the data: people, small groups, rotas and giving sit in one place, the app carries your church’s name and colour (from Grow), volunteers confirm and swap rotas on their phones, receipts and reports come out without copy and paste, and each team member sees only what their role allows. Yes, you can cancel the renewal whenever you like. No, there is no refund for the period already paid. For example, if you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the last day of that month. After the demo the subscription is paid from the start, so if you’re unsure, choose the monthly plan.

Yes. Before access ends, whoever manages privacy downloads a file with people, families, groups, ministries, campuses, events, registrations, funds and donations. Pastoral care, prayer and children’s data are left out of the file.

You pay in euros, by card or SEPA direct debit. The charge repeats every month or every year, on the day you subscribe. For example, if you subscribe on the 12th, the monthly renewal is charged on the 12th of each month.

Prices are in euros: €29, €69 and €24 a month, and €290 and €690 a year. VAT depends on your country and is confirmed in the proposal. Invoices are issued in the church’s name.
