Everything the team knows, on one record
The record brings together the person’s details, their family, notes, consents and skills. You can create custom fields for whatever your church needs to know, and labels to organise. Birthdays appear in a list for the team.

Organise by families and by groups of people
Families link parents, children and other relatives. Segments bring people together by criteria you define, and tasks share out what the team has to do. When a visitor fills in the “I’m new” form, the record and the task are created together.

Frequently asked questions
Who sees each person’s data?
It depends on the role. Brado has roles with permissions by resource and action, and the church can create custom roles, so the church office sees the records and the treasurer sees the accounts. Pastoral data and children’s data have restricted access.
Can I import what I already have in Excel?
Yes. You import Excel or CSV files, up to 20,000 rows per import, and can undo within 24 hours. You can also import groups, historical donations and attendance. On the Grow plan, assisted import handles data coming from other tools.
How do I handle a request to erase data?
Members can delete their own account in the app, and the church can export the data or anonymise it. Retention is also configurable. Brado was designed with the GDPR in mind. For specific cases, the church should check with its data protection officer.
Are older members who don’t use the app left out?
No. The app is optional. Anyone who doesn’t use it still appears on the lists and receives email, and the church office looks after the record on the dashboard. Members who want the app install it from the browser.
Is there a limit on dashboard users?
We don’t charge per user. The price depends on the size of the church, and each person gets permissions according to their role. The Grow plan goes up to 250 people and Build up to 1,000.
Is the data kept in the European Union?
Yes. The church’s data is kept in the European Union, over secure connections. Administrators sign in with two-step verification and the dashboard keeps a log of team activity.
