Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who sees my group’s report?

The supervisor and the leaders who oversee your group. Each role has its own access. Pastoral data stays restricted to those with permission. The report includes the attendance, the visitors and the warning signs the supervisor uses to help you in time.

How does a small group multiply?

The leader makes a multiplication request and the leadership approves it. The preparation of the new group is recorded, and the leader training stage of the journey helps prepare whoever will lead.

What happens when a new person comes to the group?

You record the person as a visitor. The pastoral team learns there is someone new and can make the first contact. That way, someone who came to the group once doesn’t get lost between the group and the church.

How do I talk to the group between meetings?

Each group has a moderated wall with photos, where the team shares what matters. Church announcements arrive by notification and email. The wall is for sharing news and photos; everyday conversation can carry on in the message group they already use.

Do older members have to use the app?

No. Anyone who doesn’t use the app stays on the lists and still gets the church’s email. The app is for those who want it. At the meeting, the leader marks that person’s attendance like everyone else’s.
