How do we get started?
You book a 30-minute demo. If Brado makes sense for your church, we set everything up with you: name, colour, logo and importing your people. Then you simply invite the church.
Can I bring the data I already have?
Yes. You import people, families, groups, donations and attendance from Excel or CSV, up to 20,000 rows per import, and you can undo an import within 24 hours. We also help with migrating from another system.
Do members need to install anything?
No, it’s optional. The app works in the browser and can be added to the home screen of your phone.
How many leaders can use the dashboard?
As many as you need. We don’t charge per user; each person gets permissions based on their role.
Is our church’s data safe?
Yes. It is kept on protected servers in the European Union, and Brado was designed with the GDPR in mind. You can export your data and ask for it to be deleted.
Does Brado keep part of the donations?
No. Brado charges no commission on donations. Only the payment processor’s fee applies.
Do you train our team?
Yes. We guide the setup with online sessions, and there is a help centre with written and video guides.
We have several churches or sites. Will Brado work for us?
Yes. The Build plan includes up to 3 campuses, and the Network plan brings several churches together with consolidated reports.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, with no lock-in and no exit costs. You take your data with you.
