Frequently asked questions
Do members have to install anything?
It isn’t required. The app works in the browser and can be added to the phone’s home screen. Anyone who doesn’t use it stays on the lists and gets notices by email.
Is the app in the app stores?
No. The app installs from the browser, which avoids developer accounts and approvals. Members open the church’s link or QR code and add it to their home screen.
What size of church is Brado for?
Grow suits up to 250 people and Build up to 1,000, with up to 3 campuses. For several churches or networks there is the Network plan, on request. The price depends on the size of the church, not on the number of leaders.
Can I bring the data I already have?
Yes. You import people, groups, donations and attendance from Excel or CSV, up to 20,000 rows per import, and you can undo within 24 hours. On Grow or above there is assisted import from some systems. Details are on the page about switching to Brado.
Who does the setup?
The Brado team sets up the name, colour, logo and import of your people with you. It’s included in the plan, and your church is ready within 2 weeks.
How much does it cost?
Grow costs €29 a month for up to 250 people, and Build €69 a month for up to 1,000 people and 3 campuses. Network is on request. Details are on the pricing page.
