Church communication software: reach the people who matter

You write the announcement once and choose the group. Brado sends the notification, sends the email and updates the website, so the news doesn’t get lost in the message group.

Fictitious demo data

A Sunday with Brado, from the communications team’s side

You write the announcement once and Brado takes it to the right group.

  1. Friday

    Choose the group

You pick “Youth”, write the announcement and schedule it for Saturday morning.

  2. Saturday

    Notification and email

The notification reaches the 22 young people (for example) and the email follows, sent from your church’s domain. The event shows the 24-hour reminder.

  3. Sunday

    News and banner

You publish a news item about the special service and a banner in the app. The website shows the same.

  4. Monday

    Sending statistics

You see how it went and adjust the next announcement.

Announcements and email

The right group, the right channel

Notifications by group or segment, and bulk email (Grow plan) with templates, scheduling and review by another person. Each person has their own preferences and quiet hours.

Website, news and banners

Update in one place and it changes everywhere

The website is edited in the dashboard and uses the same data as the app. News, banners and a public page for each event. Your own domain from Grow.

Events and forms

From announcement to registration, in the same flow

Every event has a reminder 24 hours before and a notice of changes. Forms create people, open tasks and alert the team, like the “I’m new” form. Automations send welcome or follow-up messages on their own, for example to a new visitor or to someone who has been missing for three Sundays.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which channels does the announcement go through?

By app notification and by email, and news and banners also appear on the website. Anyone who doesn’t use the app still gets email. If you currently use message groups for announcements, you can keep them running alongside, with Brado’s information as the source.

Do members have to install the app to get announcements?

No. The app is added from the browser to the phone’s home screen, with your church’s name, logo and colour, and anyone who doesn’t install it gets the announcement by email.

Can I send to a specific group?

Yes. You choose a group, a small group or a segment, and the message reaches only those people. That way the youth don’t get the older members’ announcement, and the older members don’t get the youth’s.

Can members turn off notifications?

Yes. Each person has their own preferences, and the church can set quiet hours. Bulk email includes an unsubscribe link. Anyone who turns off notifications still sees the news and banners in the app and on the website.

Can I have an email reviewed before it goes out?

Yes. Email campaigns have a review step by another team member before sending, and you can schedule the date and time. That way the announcement goes out with the right dates and no typos.
